How far in advance do you guys book up?
Typically our trips can be booked up to 11-months in advance. AA greater advance is possible and some exceptions can be made due to size of the event.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards via digital credit card authorization sent to you after a trip is confirmed.
What does your trip planning service include?
Our trip planning service includes an attentive and detail oriented approach to your requirements, a curated list of up to 3 options (to give you perspective), extensive destination knowledge, a-z of trip planning with airfare, hotel, transfers, tours and even a 24-hour concierge desk while traveling, and complimentary perks such as breakfast, upgrades and more (where applicable).
Do you offer group rates?
Yes! We work on a variety of group trips and have partnerships with well known hoteliers worldwide.
How much are your trips?
Our trips are all custom curated with your needs and requirements in mind. Because of that, our trips are always custom quoted for your specific dates, number of people, preference of accommodations and destination.
